FAIRCARE INITIATIVES
To ensure that our faircare applicants are given equal opportunities to high quality dental cares: Our faircare programms include 90% coverage of medical expenses for those who can’t afford them : UAE residents, working in the UAE, and earning 3500 AED or below a month.
Our faircare programs include the 90% coverage of medical expenses for those who can’t afford them and / or poorly insured for different reasons : low salaries / ineligible for subsidies / personal situation of great distress and precariousness …etc.
- POLICY STATEMENT: To ensure our Faircare applicants are given equal opportunities to high quality dental care.
- PROCEDURES: In order to go forward with applying for our Faircare program the applicant must confirm He/ She is:
- Earning 3500aed or below
- UAE Resident
- Working within United Arab Emirates.
The Applicants Must Provide:
- Passport Copy
- Visa copy
- Insurance Cards (If Applicable)
- Emirates ID
- Salary Certificate (Signed and Stamped by employer)
- Application Form Completed and Submitted (Signed)
- Read and Understood Fair Care Policy (Signed)
SALARY CERTIFICATE
A salary certificate is required to be presented to ourselves upon completion of applicants application form. We will be in contact with the applicants’ employers to ensure information provided is up to date
WHAT’S NEXT ?
Due to high demand of our Faircare Program applications can take up to 6 weeks to process. Once the applicant has provided us with all the above information, the application will be processed. We will let the applicant know the final status of the application once it has been reviewed.
We do have a waiting list; however we aim to ensure everyone who has applied for our program has equal opportunity to high quality dental care.
WHAT IS INCLUDED ?
If our applicants application is successful, they will be entitled to have their FIRST consultation and X-Ray free of charge. Any other consultations or X-rays that are required after the first visit will be chargeable at a rate of 10% of the total cost for each visit.
Following that, any treatment proposed by the Doctor will be given a discount of 90% .
Please note only restorative (Caries, broken teeth, removable dentures) Surgical (extractions, periodontal treatments), RCT and hygiene, emergencies or pain related appointments are to be completed. Any cosmetic or implants should be evaluated by the doctor that will decide if the procedure is essential.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
We understand that situations can arise in which our Guest’s will be required to cancel their appointment. It is therefore requested that they give us more than 24 hours’ notice. This notification will enable us to re book another patient.
DID NOT ATTEND :
There will be a 100 AED charge for all no-show appointments. Guest’s will be unable to reschedule their appointment until the no-show charge is paid in full.
CHECK UP:
Upon being accepted into our Faircare program every 12 months we will Re-assess our Guest’s eligibility to be accepted into this program. This may require a Re-submission of certain documents to continue to take place within our program. Failure to Re-submit will mean that no further appointment will be made.
TIMINGS:
Our appointment time slots in our JUMEIRAH CLINIC are:
Tuesday 12:00am- 14:00pm
Wednesday 13:00pm -14:00pm and 19:00pm- 20:00pm
Our appointment time slots in our DIFC CLINIC are:
Tuesday 11:00am- 13:00pm
Wednesday 16:00pm- 18:00pm
For specialist treatment such as root canals and extractions, days and times may differ depending on Doctor’s availability.
How many Patients can we see?
We aim to see 5 Faircare patients per clinic per month (1 patient per Doctor, per month and per clinic) Appointments will be made on the availability of our Doctors, we will only be able to see our Faircare patients within the timings above. These timings will not be changed but will only differ depending on Doctor’s availability/ Specialists’ appointment (e.g. Endodontist, Oral Surgeon). Our Orthodontic team will only be able to see 1 patient until that patient completes there orthodontic treatment to avoid a backlog in Faircare patients.
We will not book be able to book Faircare patient on the last week of the month.
Dr Roze BioHealth clinics have the right to cease applications, appointments and treatments if they feel is necessary.
