Sara Dias is a highly experienced holistic dental hygienist with a deep passion for orthodontics and aesthetic dental care. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Dental Hygiene from the Lisbon Dental School in Portugal, where she completed her internship with the Portuguese National Health System and later worked full-time. Sara then transitioned to private practice, gaining valuable experience working alongside an orthodontic specialist for several years.

 

In 2011, Sara and her husband Nuno moved to London, where she continued her career in renowned private practices across the city, including a prestigious clinic on Harley Street. There, she worked alongside some of the most well-known dentists and specialists, further refining her skills.

 

Sara has a particular interest in orthodontic care, helping patients navigate treatments like braces, Invisalign, Six Month Smiles, and Inman Aligner. She’s also passionate about the cosmetic side of dental hygiene, offering advanced whitening systems and stain removal techniques that leave patients with bright, confident smiles.

 

When she’s not at work, Sara enjoys traveling with her family and cherishing quality time with her son.
