Dr. Nazish Munir was born and raised in the UAE and graduated as a general dentist from Ajman University of Science & Technology in 2013. Her passion for pediatric dentistry led her to the UK, where she completed a three-year Doctor of Clinical Dentistry program in Pediatric Dentistry at the University of Edinburgh. During her studies, Dr. Nazish was honored with the Nairn Wilson Award for Clinical Excellence and earned the prestigious Membership in Pediatric Dentistry diploma from the Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh in 2019.

 

Dedicated to preventing dental disease, Dr. Nazish is committed to educating and motivating children and their families. She takes a personalized approach to treatment, aiming to make dental visits a positive experience through various behavior management and inhalation sedation techniques designed to alleviate dental anxiety.

 

“My goal is to ensure that children grow up with excellent oral health, sound dental habits, and a positive attitude towards dentistry,” says Dr. Nazish.

 

To stay current with the latest advancements in her field, Dr. Nazish actively participates in national and international conferences and has published articles in several journals. She has also organized and participated in numerous oral health programs in schools and nurseries across Dubai to raise awareness about dental health.

 

Outside of work, Dr. Nazish enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, volunteering with animal rescue groups, and watching Netflix.
