Dr. Jensyll Rodrigues is a passionate orthodontist who combines advanced clinical expertise with a strong focus on facial aesthetics, harmony, and patient-centered care. A proud advocate of modern orthodontics, he believes that creating a beautiful smile goes beyond simply straightening teeth. It’s about creating balance and confidence that complements each patient’s unique features.

 

Dr. Jensyll graduated top of his class with honours and went on to complete his MSc in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics from European University College, Dubai, and the University of Sharjah. He also holds an Orthodontic Specialty Certificate from Malmö University in Sweden and is associated with the European Orthodontic Society and Emirates Medical Association.

 

With a particular interest in the temporomandibular joint (TMJ), Dr. Jensyll pursued additional training in the diagnosis and management of temporomandibular disorders (TMD) through VIESID at the Medical University of Vienna, Austria. His continued commitment to learning allows him to incorporate the latest developments in orthodontics into his practice, from 3D imaging and digital intraoral scanning to highly customized treatment planning.

 

His treatment philosophy, which he calls “face-driven orthodontics,” focuses on looking at the bigger picture, considering not only the alignment of the teeth but also facial harmony, balance, and aesthetics. For Dr. Jensyll, every smile is unique, and treatment should be just as individual.

 

What he loves most about dentistry is the opportunity to bring together science, creativity, and genuine human connection. Seeing a patient become more confident in their smile and watching that confidence positively influence their life is one of the most rewarding parts of his work.

 

Outside the clinic, Dr. Jensyll likes to keep life active and varied. You’ll find him boxing, working out at the gym, swimming, playing tennis, or trying his hand at wall climbing. When he’s in a more creative mood, he enjoys playing the guitar and painting. He’s happiest when he’s learning something new, staying active, and having fun along the way.
