Dr. Jahida Al Jamal, originally from Syria and raised in Saudi Arabia, moved to the UAE to pursue her Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry at the University of Sharjah. She is currently completing her Master’s degree in Endodontics at the same institution. In addition to her academic pursuits, Dr. Jahida is the Co-founder of Dental Lounge, a prominent dental academy offering advanced courses and programs in dentistry.

 

Dr. Jahida’s areas of expertise include endodontics, restorative dentistry, and aesthetic smile makeovers. Her passion lies in restoring healthy, functional smiles and performing dental procedures with the highest level of detail and care.

 

Dr. Jahida believes in the importance of proactive dental care. “Don’t wait until you experience severe pain to treat your teeth. Always remember: ‘An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.’”

 

Her motto in life is “Less is always more,” which she applies both personally and professionally. She values a simplistic and essential approach to life and dentistry, aiming to make every procedure an experience that’s as straightforward and comfortable as possible.

 

In her free time, Dr. Jahida enjoys exploring the countless mesmerizing spots in Dubai, where she finds the skyline and sunsets continuously inspiring. As a coffee enthusiast, she finds that a good cup of coffee is the perfect remedy to lift her mood.
