Due to high demand, application processing may take up to 6 weeks. Once we receive your complete application, including all required documents, we will begin processing it promptly. You will be notified of the final status once the review is complete.
While there is a waiting list, we are committed to providing equal access to high-quality dental care for all applicants.
What’s included
If an applicant’s application is successful, they will be entitled to a free initial consultation and X-ray. Any additional consultations or X-rays required after the first visit will be charged at 10% of the regular cost.
Furthermore, any treatment recommended by the doctor will receive a 90% discount.
Please note that only the following treatments are covered: restorative care (such as fillings for cavities, broken teeth, and removable dentures), surgical procedures (extractions, periodontal treatments), root canal treatment (RCT), dental hygiene services, and emergency or pain-related appointments. Cosmetic treatments and implants will be evaluated by the doctor, who will determine whether the procedure is medically necessary.
Policies
Cancellations
We understand that situations may arise requiring patients to cancel their appointments. To accommodate this, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer the time slot to another patient in need.
Missed appointment
A fee of AED 100 will apply to all no-show appointments. Patients will not be able to reschedule until this fee is paid in full.
Eligibility review
Every 12 months, we will reassess each patient’s eligibility for the Faircare initiative. This may require resubmission of certain documents to remain enrolled. Failure to provide the necessary documents will result in no further appointments being scheduled.
How many patients can we see?
We aim to treat five Faircare patients per clinic each month, with one patient per doctor.
Appointments will be scheduled based on doctor availability, and Faircare patients will only be seen during the designated time slots mentioned above. These times will remain fixed but may vary slightly depending on the availability of specialists such as Endodontists or Oral Surgeons.
Our Orthodontic team will manage one Faircare patient at a time until their treatment is completed, to prevent a backlog.
ROZE BioHealth and BioDental Clinics reserves the right to pause or discontinue applications, appointments, or treatments as deemed necessary.
