These homemade popsicles are perfect for hydration on hot days, after sports, or when recovering from illness.

 

Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups coconut water (natural electrolyte base)
  2. 1/2 cup fresh orange juice (or a mix of citrus like lemon/lime)
  3. 1-2 tbsp raw honey or maple syrup (to taste)
  4. 1/8 tsp sea salt (like Celtic or Himalayan salt)
  5. Optional: a few strawberries or berries for flavor & color

 

Instructions:

  1. Melt shea butter, beeswax and sweet almond oil in a double boiler, stirring continuously
  2. Mix all ingredients in a blender (add berries if using).
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Pour into popsicle molds.
  5. Freeze for at least 4-6 hours.
  6. Enjoy your refreshing, hydrating treat!
