Eleanor discovered her passion for dentistry at the age of 19, starting her journey as a dental receptionist. She then gained her dental assistant qualification before venturing on to become a dental hygienist and therapist, and is currently in the process of gaining accreditation as a biological hygienist. Eleanor enjoys welcoming patients into a calm environment and working together to achieve and maintain optimum oral and overall health.

Holding a double diploma in dental hygiene and dental therapy from King’s College London (2004-2007), Eleanor began her career in dentistry in 1999 and was awarded the Student Dental Therapist of the Year award in 2007. She is also certified in Local Anaesthetics and Basic Life Support (BLS).

Being a nervous patient herself, Eleanor particularly enjoys treating those who would rather be anywhere else, focusing on making the experience as calm and comfortable as possible.

For Eleanor, being a dental hygienist is so much more than cleaning teeth. It’s about helping people understand the link between the mouth and the body, and how implementing simple changes in daily habits can benefit oral and overall health, ultimately improving quality of life, mental peace, and clarity.

Outside of the clinic, Eleanor loves crafting, including knitting, crochet, and sewing. She enjoys pilates, running, and cycling with her children and has a strong interest in reading both historical fiction and self-development books. Her main love, however, is the beautiful Mother Nature.
