DIY Homemade Chocolate
Materials:
- Cacao butter or coconut oil
- Raw cacao powder
- Maple syrup or honey (to taste)
- Pinch of sea salt + optional add-ins (nuts, dried fruit, vanilla)
Instructions:
- Melt cacao butter or coconut oil gently over low heat.
- Stir in cacao powder and sweetener until smooth.
- Add a pinch of salt and any extras you like.
- Pour into moulds and refrigerate for 30 minutes until set.
