You’ll Need:

  • 1 small breathable cotton or linen pouch
  • 2 tbsp dried chamomile flowers
  • 1 tbsp dried lavender buds
  • 1 tbsp dried hops or valerian root (optional)
  • 3–5 drops pure lavender essential oil

 

Instructions:

  • Mix dried herbs in a small bowl, then add essential oil drops and stir gently.
  • Fill the fabric pouch with the mixture and tie or stitch it securely.
  • Place inside or beside your pillowcase at bedtime.
  • Give the pouch a gentle squeeze before sleep to release the calming aromas.
