DIY Herbal Sleep Pillow
You’ll Need:
- 1 small breathable cotton or linen pouch
- 2 tbsp dried chamomile flowers
- 1 tbsp dried lavender buds
- 1 tbsp dried hops or valerian root (optional)
- 3–5 drops pure lavender essential oil
Instructions:
- Mix dried herbs in a small bowl, then add essential oil drops and stir gently.
- Fill the fabric pouch with the mixture and tie or stitch it securely.
- Place inside or beside your pillowcase at bedtime.
- Give the pouch a gentle squeeze before sleep to release the calming aromas.
