The True Essence Of Authenticity
A medical protocol is defined as a detailed plan for a medical experiment, treatment, or procedure. The goal of any protocol is to provide detailed structure for how to manage the patient and how to perform the procedure.
Our Roze protocols help remove variation in practice and avoid unexpected outcomes. They are your guarantee of safety procedures and optimization of your health cares.
A Roze protocol is a written plan that specifies procedures to be followed in defined situations: A protocol represents a standard of care that describes an intervention or set of interventions. Protocols are more explicit and specific in their detail than guidelines; in that they specify who does ‘what’, ‘when’ and ‘how.
Taking the whole body into consideration when you examine your patient oral health.
-> Merging the Western medicine (best know for the acute treatment) with the Easten medicine (so wise at dealing with chronic inflammation)
-> Using the Meridian Dental chart to understand the link between organs, understand the flow of energy, the circulation within the body
-> Understanding the anatomy, the psychology, the limits of your knowledge, the biology, the medical history, and last but not least taking the time to know your patient.
In your brain, you find 12 pairs of cranial nerves, all of them innerve a certain part of your body. For the mouth, the nerve is called the Trigeminal (or V).
This nerve occupy 50% of the space of the cranial nerves, that make you think of the importance of the mouth within the body. Where do the food transit, the air goes, the strategic position of the mouth below sinuses and brain, in straight contact with the gut.
The mouth remains the door to the body, the strategic interface that needs our utter attention, let’s protect this essential asset, let’s clean it properly, let’s feed it with healthy food, let’s guard this door of our own temple.
You are an amazing person, so complex, so beautiful, so unique.
When you visit us, you have your own agenda, a stress level that can varied from time to time, the only common ground between patients is that you all want to heal, feel better, optimize your health, and fine tune your immune system.
You believe in non-toxic, biocompatible solution that makes sense to us as human. We need to understand you, your needs, your timing, your fears.
Helping a patient gain complete wellness is not always easy. Firstly because every part of our body is connected so for eg: treating the heart without looking at problems in the mouth doesn’t work. How to boost your immune system ?
How can you improve your immune system? On the whole, your immune system does a remarkable job of defending you against disease-causing microorganisms. But sometimes it fails: A germ invades successfully and makes you sick. Is it possible to intervene in this process and boost your immune system? What if you improve your diet? Take certain vitamins or herbal preparations? Make other lifestyle changes in the hope of producing a near-perfect immune response?
Stress reduction: Chronic stress can negatively alter immune system responses, m aking you more likely to get sick. Identify your personal stress reduction strategies and practice them regularly.
Sleep: Sleep has a big influence on immune function, so it is essential to get plenty of sleep. Practice good sleep hygiene and maintain consistent sleep hours—turn off screens, ensure the room is cool, quiet, and dark, and set a reminder to help yourself go to bed on time.
Exercise: Moderate, regular physical activity helps to boost immune system function by raising levels of infection-fighting white blood cells and antibodies, increasing circulation, and decreasing stress hormones. Establish and follow an exercise program to not only help prevent respiratory infections but also to improve cognitive and physical resilience.
Nutritious foods/diet: Research indicates that brightly colored vegetables and fruits boost immunity better than most supplements. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables—aim for 10 servings per day. Include fermented vegetables or other probiotic-containing foods
As we age, our immune response capability becomes reduced, which in turn contributes to more infections and more cancer. As life expectancy in developed countries has increased, so too has the incidence of age-related conditions.
While some people age healthily, the conclusion of many studies is that, compared with younger people, the elderly are more likely to contract infectious diseases and, even more importantly, more likely to die from them.
Respiratory infections, including influenza en the Covid – 19 virus the and particularly pneumonia are a leading cause of death in people over 65 worldwide. No one knows for sure why this happens, but some scientists observe that this increased risk correlates with a decrease in T cells, possibly from the thymus atrophying with age and producing fewer T cells to fight off infection. Whether this decrease in thymus function explains the drop in T cells or whether other changes play a role is not fully understood. Others are interested in whether the bone marrow becomes less efficient at producing the stem cells that give rise to the cells of the immune system.
A reduction in immune response to infections has been demonstrated by older people’s response to vaccines. For example, studies of influenza vaccines have shown that for people over age 65, the vaccine is less effective compared to healthy children (over age 2). But despite the reduction in efficacy, vaccinations for influenza and S. pneumoniae have significantly lowered the rates of sickness and death in older people when compared with no vaccination.
There appears to be a connection between nutrition and immunity in the elderly. A form of malnutrition that is surprisingly common even in affluent countries is known as “micronutrient malnutrition.” Micronutrient malnutrition, in which a person is deficient in some essential vitamins and trace minerals that are obtained from or supplemented by diet, can happen in the elderly. Older people tend to eat less and often have less variety in their diets. One important question is whether dietary supplements may help older people maintain a healthier immune system. Older people should discuss this question with their doctor.
Like any fighting force, the immune system army marches on its stomach. Healthy immune system warriors need good, regular nourishment. Scientists have long recognized that people who live in poverty and are malnourished are more vulnerable to infectious diseases. For example, researchers don’t know whether any particular dietary factors, such as processed foods or high simple sugar intake, will have adversely affect immune function. There are still relatively few studies of the effects of nutrition on the immune system of humans.
There is some evidence that various micfronutrients deficiencies — for example, deficiencies of zinc, selenium, iron, copper, folic acid, and vitamins A, B6, C, and E — alter immune responses in animals, as measured in the test tube. However, the impact of these immune system changes on the health of animals is less clear, and the effect of similar deficiencies on the human immune response has yet to be assessed.
So, what can you do? If you suspect your diet is not providing you with all your micronutrient needs — maybe, for instance, you don’t like vegetables — taking a daily multivitamin and mineral supplement may bring other health benefits, beyond any possibly beneficial effects on the immune system. Taking megadoses of a single vitamin does not. More is not necessarily better.
Modern medicine has come to appreciate the closely linked relationship of mind and body. A wide variety of maladies, including stomach upset, hives, and even heart disease, are linked to the effects of emotional stress. Despite the challenges, scientists are actively studying the relationship between stress and immune function.
For one thing, stress is difficult to define. What may appear to be a stressful situation for one person is not for another. When people are exposed to situations they regard as stressful, it is difficult for them to measure how much stress they feel, and difficult for the scientist to know if a person’s subjective impression of the amount of stress is accurate. The scientist can only measure things that may reflect stress, such as the number of times the heart beats each minute, but such measures also may reflect other factors.
Most scientists studying the relationship of stress and immune function, however, do not study a sudden, short-lived stressor; rather, they try to study more constant and frequent stressors known as chronic stress, such as that caused by relationships with family, friends, and co-workers, or sustained challenges to perform well at one’s work. Some scientists are investigating whether ongoing stress takes a toll on the immune system.
But it is hard to perform what scientists call “controlled experiments” in human beings. In a controlled experiment, the scientist can change one and only one factor, such as the amount of a particular chemical, and then measure the effect of that change on some other measurable phenomenon, such as the amount of antibodies produced by a particular type of immune system cell when it is exposed to the chemical. In a living animal, and especially in a human being, that kind of control is just not possible, since there are so many other things happening to the animal or person at the time that measurements are being taken.
Regular exercise is one of the pillars of healthy living. It improves cardiovascular health, lowers blood pressure, helps control body weight, and protects against a variety of diseases.
But does it help to boost your immune system naturally and keep it healthy? Just like a healthy diet, exercise can contribute to general good health and therefore to a healthy immune system.
Most over-the-counter medications only treat the symptoms of viral infections; most don’t actually help the immune system fight the infection. Although there is no research to determine what is effective specifically for coronavirus, the following are some natural modalities you can utilize to both address symptoms as well as boost your immune system if you do come down with an illness:
Self-care: When battling upper respiratory infections, top priorities are plentiful hydration and rest. Drink plenty of fluids; homemade vegetable or bone broths are also extremely beneficial. Various herbal teas/hot drinks can help with hydration and reducing symptoms; good choices include peppermint, ginger, eucalyptus, chamomile, and hot water with lemon, honey, and cinnamon.
Sore throats: Salt water gargles are excellent for loosening mucus and helping fend off bacterial throat infections. Hot teas and lozenges containing slippery elm are excellent demulcents (to relieve minor pain and inflammation of mucous membranes) for soothing irritated sore throats. Two tablespoons of honey in hot water can also help to soothe and decrease throat inflammation and pain. Chamomile and peppermint teas are also helpful for soothing irritated sore throats, as are teas or infusions made from marshmallow root and licorice root, both of which can act as soothing demulcents.
Respiratory congestion & sinuses: For respiratory congestion, use a humidifier, vaporizers, or steam inhalers, or spend time in steamy baths or showers. Vaporizers and inhalers can also be used with decongestants or essential oils such as eucalyptus, menthol, peppermint, or frankincense. Nasal xylitol sprays are very beneficial, as is nasal irrigation using a neti pot or nasal irrigation bottle. Buffered saline is easy to make or can be purchased in packets and eliminates any irritation to delicate, irritated mucous membranes.
There are several nutrients, plant-based botanicals, and supplements that can boost immune function and provide symptom relief during illness and may help to shorten the duration of illness. For preventing and treating viral upper respiratory infections, consider some of the following:
Vitamin C: Vitamin C may help to prevent infections, including those caused by bacteria and viruses. Regularly administered vitamin C has been shown to shorten the duration of colds, and higher doses of vitamin C during an illness can also act as a natural antihistamine and anti-inflammatory.
Vitamin D: Vitamin D, known as the “sunshine vitamin,” is one of the most important and powerful nutrients for supporting the immune system. Numerous studies have shown that it helps reduce the risk of colds and flu. Unfortunately, a high percentage of the population is deficient, so daily supplementation (ideally in the form of vitamin D3) offers the best protection.
Vitamin A: For short-term use and particularly for those with moderate vitamin A deficiency, supplementation can be extremely helpful in supporting the body’s ability to fight infections, particularly with regard to respiratory infections.
Zinc: Zinc plays a significant role in boosting immunity. Often available as lozenges, zinc can help to reduce the frequency of infections as well as the duration and severity of the common cold when taken within 24 hours of onset.
Selenium: Selenium, a key nutrient for immune function, is also an antioxidant that helps boosts the body’s defenses against bacteria, viruses, and cancer cells. It may particularly help to protect against certain strains of flu virus. Selenium is easily obtained from foods, with the richest source being Brazil nuts.
Honey: Honey, preferably raw, is a good demulcent (it relieves minor pain and inflammation of mucous membranes), has antioxidant properties, and has some antimicrobial effects. It is helpful for coughs and sore throats and can be added to hot tea.
Garlic: Garlic contains a variety of compounds that can influence immunity. Some studies have shown that both fresh garlic as well as aged garlic extract and some other garlic supplements may reduce viral upper respiratory infection severity as well as function in the prevention of infection with viruses that can cause colds.
Probiotics: Probiotics contain “good bacteria” that not only support the health of the gut but also influence immune system functioning and regulation. Studies have shown that probiotic use can decrease the number of respiratory infections, particularly in children.
Further research has been conducted and the following additional supplements are now recommended as options for strengthening immunity:
Beta-glucans – human trials have shown that beta-glucans stimulate activity against viral attack, these findings include a decrease in cold and flu symptoms and upper respiratory tract infections compared to placebo.
Mushrooms – a variety of mushroom species have been shown to to help with immune fucntion in a myriad of ways; some of the medicinal mushrooms include Shiitake, Lion’s Mane, Maitake, and Reishi.
Berberine – found in the roots, rhizomes, and stem bark of various plants, this natural compound has been shown to have antiviral and anti-inflammatory properties; it can be found in goldenseal, goldthread and Oregon grape species.
Sulforaphane – sulforaphane has potent anti-inflammatory and anti-vira properties ; it can be produced in the body in small amounts by eating some cruciferous vegetables or in more therapeutic amounts in dietary supplements containing glucoraphanin and myrosinase enzyme.
Elderberry – studies has shown that elderberry has properties that appear to help fight viruses; choose a low-sugar capsule or tablet, if possible, as opposed to sugary syrup.

The search for improved dentofacial esthetics persists in modern society. Patients were inspired by pretty faces and beautiful smiles and they sought treatment modalities to improve dentofacial aesthetics and yield positive changes in their smiles. Deciding to change your imperfections is your right to beauty. To help you to achieve it, the following steps will give you an idea on how we create your ideal radiant smile.
First and the most important step in creating your future smile. This is the time when we listen to your concerns and chief complaints, thorough medical and dental examination, proper radiographs and evaluation of the muscles and temporomandibular joint (TMJ).
When it comes to cosmetic dentistry, it is essential to have a proper documentation to achieve proper diagnosis and predictable results. That includes; Photo, videos, Optical and conventional impressions and facebow. All of this information is essential to help us evaluate, review, plan and thus, treat you appropriately and effectively.
-After taking some records, such as digital images and study models, we now proceed in designing your future new smile. Using the best technology in the market, we can show the result before even starting the treatment. We call it Digital Smile Design.
-Once the DSD is finished, we send it to the lab where they build up the computer design in wax following the plan that was made.
-The mock-up is a prototype of our digital smile design. With the mock-up in your mouth, we will be able to check for the esthetics and function. We evaluate the integration of our design with the rest of the face. In addition, we also focus our attention on the harmony of the full face and then the smile.
Meticulous planning and collaborative effort between you, our expert cosmetic dentists and master ceramists. We aim to provide you with the most conservative and preservative dentistry when it comes to prepping your teeth. In this step, our dentist will remove some structures of your teeth, reshape your teeth surface which is an amount nearly equal to the thickness of the veneer to be added to the tooth surface. This requires numbing for you to have a pleasant time during this process. Next, your dentist will make a model or impression of the prepped teeth. This impression will be sent to our in-house laboratory and will be used by our master ceramist to fabricate your customized veneers.
Using the impression and model as a guide, our master ceramist sculpts and creates an extremely beautiful and natural looking final restorations. We have an excellent in-house master ceramist that transforms your ideal smile into reality. Moreover, our in-house laboratory is equipped with modern machinery and only uses the highest quality porcelain material that can be found in the market.

Our protocol is after the case is cemented; we ask you to return in one week. This is just long enough for you to adjust to the new smile. As this stage, if necessary, we can do some minor final adjustments to optimize the esthetics of final restorations. Also, final bite evaluation is done to make sure the esthetics are harmonious with your jaw movement and speech. Moreover, in all cases, night guards or vacuum retainers are recommended to preserve the alignment of the new smile and to avoid excessive bite pressure.
Heavy metal poisoning is the accumulation of various heavy metals in your body. Environmental and industrial factors expose you to high levels of heavy metals every day, including the foods you eat and air you breathe.
Mercury like other heavy metals collects in the body overtime and becomes more toxic as it builds on. This occurrence can be seen by the worsening of symptoms throughout someone’s life, such as an increase in OCD, anxiety, depression, or memory loss. According to WHO, no level of mercury exposure can be considered harmless; amalgam fillings account for 84% of daily exposure to mercury as per some research (1).
Consequently, a heavy metal detox essential in the process of eliminating mercury and all metals from the body. Some patient consider the work done after the process of Safe amalgam removal (SMART) but the truth is that it is just the beginning of a long journey.
Prior to any intervention, the patient should get in contact with our doctors to check if there are fit to undergo the procedure. In the case of amalgam removal, we check for heavy metals poisoning symptoms and pathways drainage conditions (Dr Ysleme a fait un questionnaire patient). Please note that we don’t perform amalgam removal on pregnant and breastfeeding women.
Amalgam removal under protective mesure is essential to prevent further body contamination by the heavy metals. Biological dentists have special training and certifications, so they know how to keep your chemical exposure and risk to a minimum.
After the amalgam removal, the patient is ready to start his body detox to remove the heavy metals he accumulated over time.
Depending on his level of exposure, it can take time and different options are available :
-Gentle chelation: Natural therapy with oral supplements (prescribe by your bio dentist)
-Strong chelation: Intravenous medication (performed by the functional or medical doctor specialized in heavy metal detox)
Medications given intravenously or orally can bind to the metals, in a process called chelation and will then by drain out of your body through excretion pathways.
The functional doctor can also test patients blood, urine, and hair to measure metals toxicity before and after the detox procedure.
It takes time to detox and safely remove metal toxicity from your body, but it’s possible. Before starting the heavy metal detox, the patient can consult with ours doctors to discuss what is the best option for him.
There are numerous safe and effective chelating agents that may be taken as oral supplements. We have patients take a low dose of oral chelating agents while undergoing IV chelation in order to assist with elimination. High dose oral chelation is effective but takes much longer than IV chelation to remove heavy metals. A simple estimate is that one IV chelation treatment may equal a month of aggressive oral chelation.
Oral chelating agents include EDTA, DMPS, DMSA, and natural chelating agents, such as activated clays, alginates, certain bioflavonoids, chlorella, cilantro, coenzyme Q10, garlic, L-cysteine, L-glutathione, lipoic acid, methionine, selenium, and zinc gluconate. Each chelating agent has a predilection for different chemicals and mineral or metal ions.
Generally oral chelating agents are taken on an empty stomach, spread out 2-3x/day, at lower doses for maintenance and higher doses for more aggressive chelation. They should be accompanied by a high quality mineral supplement, nutrients that support liver detoxification, and antioxidants.
Strong Chelation therapy is a chemical process in which a synthetic solution—EDTA (ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid)—is injected into the bloodstream to remove heavy metals and/or minerals from the body. Chelation means “to grab” or “to bind.”
When EDTA is injected into the veins, it “grabs” heavy metals and minerals such as lead, mercury, copper, iron, arsenic, aluminum, and calcium and removes them from the body.
EDTA may remove vital minerals from the body along with the toxic metals. Vitamins and minerals are added to the EDTA solution to help keep them at an optimal level in the body to maintain health.
A Tailored Caries Prevention Program with Remineralisation Therapies
Tooth Remineralisation is a process for enriching teeth with minerals to prevent tooth decay.
Dental caries, commonly known as tooth decay, is now managed with a more advanced and conservative approach which aims to prevent, reverse and repair damage to tooth mineral.
Dentin and enamel largely consist of the minerals calcium and phosphorus. These can only be delivered to the bones and teeth with the help of vitamin D3 and its cofactors magnesium and vitamin K2. An optimal supply hardens the teeth and promotes the formation of new dentin. Our teeth are very much alive and they need a well balanced intake of minerals, vitamins and proteins to stay healthy.
Being able to prevent the weakening of tooth enamel and reverse the start of dental decay to avoid the need for new fillings is possible with many modern dental treatments utilizing tooth remineralisation technologies. Remineralising therapies aim to add back the minerals that acids take away from dental surfaces, to prevent teeth weakening and cavities forming.
However, there is a limit. Treatments at the dental office are unable to completely compensate for what is not also undertaken at home, on a regular basis with respect to self care and prevention.
At Dr Roze Biodental Clinic, our pediatric dentists can develop a caries prevention program specific to your child needs.
Following a thorough clinical examination, inquiring about your child past caries history and current medical history, dietary evaluation, a comprehensive treatment plan can be recommended to manage any existing tooth decay and address your caries risk factors to prevent ongoing problems.
If the oral environment is acidic for hours at a time, demineralization will promote dissolution or loss of tooth mineral. If conditions are neutral and less acidic for a greater length of time, remineralization will attempt to repair or reverse the damage by incorporating the calcium, phosphate and hydroxyl minerals, found in saliva, back into teeth.
Our program aims to reduce the acidity of your saliva, and promote remineralization. It includes restoring active decay (removing the acid producing bacteria from within decayed lesions and rebuilding the damaged tooth structure), teaching you efficient oral hygiene techniques and routines, along side appropriate dietary strategies and goals.
Advanced topical remineralizing treatments may then be prescribed to help support a renewed oral environment that promotes healthy and strong teeth, for both well individuals and medically compromised patients with reduced saliva flow (such as those taking certain medications or undergoing treatments for cancer).
There are eight main ingredients/factors valued for promoting tooth remineralization:
1/- Saliva : Saliva has a significant role in remineralization of dental enamel. It not only has a buffering capacity to neutralize the oral cavity’s low pH generated after acidic encounters, but also acts as a carrier of essential minerals. Both the quality and quantity of saliva is important (and may be supplemented with good hydration, activities which stimulate saliva flow or saliva substitutes in patients with dry mouth issues); link : https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7076334/
2/- Hydroxyapatite : Hydroxyapatite is a biocompatible material naturally occurring in our bones, teeth, and saliva as a mineral form of calcium apatite. It is used by our saliva to remineralization our teeth, making up 97% of our tooth enamel, 70% of detine, and 60% of our bones. Where Does It Come From?
The first medical application of hydroxyapatite was in 1970 by NASA for astronauts returning from their missions and the zero gravity environment of space. Experiencing significant loss in teeth and bone mass on return, hydroxyapatite was used as a biomedical treatment to help repair and remineralize both.
3/- Plaque Control : Plaque, a causal factor for caries and periodontal diseases, is a habitat for various microorganisms. Tooth cleaning aids, techniques and protocols specific to the individual, can significantly improve home plaque removal and prevent plaque stagnation; link : https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/3078890/
4/- Diet Control : Reducing the frequency of dietary sugar and acid exposures; The foods you choose and how often you eat them can affect the health of your teeth and gums link : https://www.mouthhealthy.org/en/az-topics/d/diet-and-dental-health
5/- CCP-ACP/Recaldent : A ground breaker in tooth remineralization technology, this is a milk protein derivative named Casein Phospho-Peptide – Amorphous Calcium Phosphate, abbreviated to CPP-ACP, which contains the calcium and phosphate minerals found in teeth. It is available in products such as Tooth Mousse™, Tooth Mousse Plus™ (with fluoride) and Recaldent chewing gum;
6/- Amorphous Calcium Phosphate : This ingredient stimulates remineralization of tooth enamel and is found in Enamel-Pro® toothpaste and in a professionally applied tooth varnish;
7/- Tri-Calcium Phosphate : f-TCP is a highly effective tooth remineralizing calcium, phosphate and fluoride containing ingredient. It is available in professional varnishes, sealants and tooth pastes such as Clinpro™ Tooth Crème;
8/- Xylitol : A sugar substitute that prevents acid production by oral bacteria and enhances remineralisation of teeth. It is found in various products including chewing gums, lozenges and tooth pastes such as Remin-Pro® (most suitable for those with milk-protein allergies who cannot use milk derived calcium-rich tooth crèmes);
9/- NovaMin – is a calcium sodium phophosilicate and the active ingredient in some tooth paste. It helps plug dentinal tubules to reduce dentinal hypersensitivity by building a mineral layer with water or saliva;
10/- Time : There is this continuous dynamic, which occurs between the impact of demineralization (pathologic damage) and the effect of remineralisation (therapeutic repair) on teeth in the presence of saliva. Studies shows that two hours of salivary exposure seems to be appropriate for partial rehardening of the softened enamel surface. link : https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/27737358/
At our practice, we can recommend an effective combination of tooth remineralizing therapies to suit individual needs.
HOW DO WE CREATE YOUR IDEAL BEAUTIFUL SMILE ?
The smile is an important reflection of one’s self along with communicating a variety of emotions to those around us and it is unique to each person.
When it comes to creating a patient’s smile, it is not as simple as placing veneers or crowns on teeth that are whiter and brighter than the patient’s existing dentition. We don’t only focus on the mouth and teeth, but we see you as a whole body.
Having an ideal smile can’t be achieved by your dentist alone, them understanding your desires, fears, goals, and expectations are beneficial in achieving your ideal smile.
In our dental room, we don’t only consider your dentist. We are your psychologist, professional artist, and a friend.
In our clinic there are three questions that we follow in order to achieve your ideal smile. These questions and guidelines will give you a background on how we create your future ideal smile.
It has been said before that your “Smile is your business card”. There is scientific evidence evincing the smile as the most important element in the context of dentofacial esthetics.
Dynamic characteristics of mouth and eyes in comparison to other static structures of the face, but also by the contrast of colors: in the eye, between the iris, the pupil and the sclera, and in the mouth, between the lips, gingival tissues, the teeth, and the dark background. The presence or absence of deleterious alterations in an individual’s smile significantly influences how an individual is perceived and evaluated.
Smile evaluation is performed by clinical means such as a photograph, filming, wax-up, Digital smile designs, and mock-up.
- To this end, photographs have always been the gold standard. However, since a smile is dynamic and has complex movement, we include filming as part of our protocol in assessing your smile.
- Digital Smile Design (DSD) – DSD is not only software, videos and photos, it is a digital concept that allows us to design your smile and try it out before you undergo any treatments. Our patients will take part in the design, adjusting their needs to our clinical recommendations.
- Wax-up- once DSD is finished, we send the preliminary impression to the lab. Together with our DSD, they will build up the wax always following the smile design plan
The mockup is a prototype of Our Digital Smile Design. It is something that we will try directly in your mouth.
This is a completely reversible treatment, with no drilling used. With the mock-up in your mouth, we will be able to check esthetics and function.
First thing to see is the integration of our design with the rest of the face, we will focus Our attention on the harmony of the full face, and then the smile. At the same time, we will check function and phonetics. We will be able to make minor adjustments according to our patient needs.
Our team is composed of well-trained cosmetic dentists, some of them even travel around the world just to teach about cosmetic dentistry.
During your consultation, they will thoroughly assess your smile these include the lip volume, tooth color and anatomical shape, midline and tooth angulation, buccal corridor, levels of gingival exposure, gingival design, smile arc, presence of anterosuperior space and teeth ratios. These considerations are the starting point of our clinicians in achieving maximum esthetic in dental treatment.
However, as smile designing is a collaborative thing between patients, doctors and technicians it is imperative that treatment should be keenly discussed to fulfill the desired smile.
